Established as a maritime supply and provision provider serving vessels calling at the Port of Singapore.
Acquired our first supply vessel in 2011, bringing sea logistics and chartering operations in-house to strengthen operational control. In 2012, we established shipping agency services in Singapore.
Entered the aluminium workboat construction sector in response to growing market demand, completing our first 15-metre aluminium-hulled vessel under Bureau Veritas classification.
Established P-Group Agencies as a centralised regional coordination hub, extending shipping agency coverage to selected ports in Malaysia and Indonesia and enabling multi-port management through a single point of contact.
Completed and commissioned a 153,000 sq ft integrated shipyard facility consolidating shipbuilding, repair, warehousing and logistics operations.
Delivered 59 aluminium-hulled workboats, with vessels deployed for both customer contracts and in-house operations.
Developed and deployed Singapore’s first fully biodiesel-powered harbour craft and advanced Eco-Green vessel platform.
Operating through Pinnacle Marine, Primus, Prestige and P-Group Agencies as a vertically integrated maritime services group across Southeast Asia.
Our Differentiation
Pinnacle Marine specialises in the design, construction and operation of compact aluminium-hulled vessels for port, harbour and nearshore logistics applications. Supported by a 153,000-square-foot strategically located shipyard facility in Singapore, we are recognised for our efficient construction capability, with an average build time of approximately 2 to 2.5 months per vessel.
Our strong financial discipline is reflected in an average net profit margin of approximately 15% over the past three years, supported by a diversified revenue base and long-standing customer relationships. Our shipping agency business serves a substantial proportion of Chinese chemical tanker operators calling at Singapore, reinforcing our position in a highly regulated and time-sensitive market segment.
We are also committed to innovation and sustainability. As the operator of Singapore’s first fully biodiesel-powered harbour craft, we continue to develop environmentally responsible vessel solutions that support the industry’s decarbonisation objectives.
